Jana Drachman

Senior Associate

Jana is a Senior Associate responsible for asset management activities within Crestlight’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Crestlight, Jana was the Head of Valuation at Lev, managing all aspects related to property valuation and appraisal within the debt financing process. Prior to Lev, Jana was an Appraiser at CBRE, working across multiple property types in New York City and the tri-state area. Jana also has asset management and acquisitions experience working with a New York City-based family office and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Zicklin School of Business at CUNY Baruch.

 Jana received a Bachelors in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and currently lives in the West Village.
