Edward Neblett

Director

Edward is a Director at the firm and is responsible for acquisition activities.

Prior to Crestlight, Edward worked as a Director of Investments at Bridge Investment Group, a real estate fund manager with $49 billion in assets under management. While at Bridge, Edward was focused on both acquisitions and asset management. Prior to Bridge, Edward was an Associate at Eastdil Secured where he worked on $1.5 billion in closed transactions during his tenure.

Edward grew up in Dallas, Texas before receiving a BBA in Finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Edward is actively involved as a member in NAIOP’s Georgia chapter, where he most recently served on the Executive Committee for NAIOP Future Leaders. Edward lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.
