Elyssa Marcus

Managing Director

Elyssa Marcus is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Asset Management at Crestlight Capital.

Elyssa brings a decade of asset management experience from prior roles at Jamestown and Rubenstein. Most recently, Elyssa served on the Asset Management and Acquisitions team for Rubenstein Partners, overseeing its New York City metro area investment activity including 2 million square feet of Class A office and mixed-use assets. Prior to Rubenstein, Elyssa spent eight years in Atlanta with Jamestown across a variety of functions including asset management, development, and portfolio management. During her tenure at Jamestown, Elyssa played a key role in managing Chelsea Market and One Times Square in New York. Elyssa also worked on the Jamestown Premier Property Fund which included over 25 office, retail, and mixed-use assets totaling over $8 billion across major US markets, and spearheaded the launch of Jamestown’s first public securities offering, Jamestown Invest, including the acquisition and asset management of its Atlanta-based portfolio.

Elyssa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with concentrations in Finance, Consulting, and Real Estate. Elyssa currently resides in New York City, and maintains considerable ties to the Atlanta market as well.
