Scott Sampson

Scott has 30+ years of commercial real estate experience, primarily in Wisconsin, analyzing acquisitions, dispositions, investment returns, financing options and asset management. Scott is currently the Managing Principal of S Investments LLC.  Previously, he was the founder and operator of Concept Coachbuilders, Ltd., an automotive customization and limousine manufacturing company, founder and principal of T-3 Group, Ltd., a commercial construction company, Managing Partner of Sampson Investments, the Sampson family real estate partnership, and Vice President of The Brewery Works, Inc., Wisconsin’s largest office park developed at the site of the former Schlitz Brewery and recipient of the ULI award.  In these capacities, Scott has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of properties totaling in excess of 4,000,000 RSF and 3,500 residential units as well as sales transactions in excess of $300,000,000. 

Scott graduated from the UW-Madison Grasskamp Real Estate Program.  He serves on the board of Operation Dream of Milwaukee, Wisconsin which provides developmental opportunities and mentoring support to disadvantaged young men.
