Andrew Bonchick

Analyst

Andrew is an Analyst at the firm responsible for asset management activities within Crestlight’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Crestlight, Andrew was an Analyst at the Altus Group on their Valuations Advisory team, where he utilized Argus Enterprise to help provide valuation and performance management for various asset types across multiple markets.

Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at the University of Indiana.  While at Indiana, he was involved with the Commercial Real Estate Workshop.  Andrew grew up in South Florida. He currently lives in New York City.
