Jack M. Coury
Jack is a senior managing director of the industrial real estate services group at a leading global firm. Based in the Detroit metro area, Jack managing all aspects of the sales/leasing process for his clients: landlord/tenant representation, lease/sale negotiations, site selection and financial analysis. Jack started his career with CBRE in 1985, as one of the initial brokers to open CBRE's Detroit office. Four years later, he joined L. Mason Capitani, a local boutique firm, where he remained for 10 years. Jack was recruited by Grubb & Ellis in 1999, and has since been involved in over 1,100 real estate transactions totaling almost 30 million square feet and over 435 acres of vacant land for a total aggregate value of nearly $1 billion. Jack has been a SIOR member for over 25 years and was selected as a member of the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame in 2016. Jack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in accounting from Michigan State University.

John J. Lovasco
John has been the managing member of ThinkSync Advisors, a Greater Detroit based advisory, risk management, and organizational improvement strategist. Advising over 20 firms, John has focused on corporate governance, cultural architecture, and strategic planning. Prior to ThinkSync, John co-founded Alcos, Inc., a three member insurance agency established in 1986 which grew to become Michigan's largest privately held financial, insurance, and employee benefit firm with a total of 124 employees in 5 locations. John was responsible for over 650 clients that employed between 25 and 4,000 employees. Alcos was recognized as Detroit areas "101 Best Places to work", "Coolest Work Places", and "Future 50". In 2007, Alcos was acquired by Brown and Brown Inc., a publicly traded insurance broker. Throughout his career, John has served on some of the nation's largest insurance carriers benefits advisory boards including: United Health Care, Unum, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Dental. Additionally, he served as President of Upland Hills School board. John and his wife reside in Michigan and have two children. He is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received his Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Michael Aubry
Michael is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Midwest Veterinary Partners (“MVP”), a veterinarian owned and managed network of general practice animal hospitals through 41 centers located throughout the Midwestern United States. Michael is a co-founder of MD Holdings, an entrepreneur-owned holding company formed to acquire and grow a limited number of businesses with significant growth potential. From 2015—2017, Michael was Chief Executive Officer of StatLab Medical Products and successfully led the company through its sale to Cressey & Company. Prior to being appointed CEO, Michael served as Co-President of StatLab Medical Products from 2009 to 2015, where he had oversight of the company’s sales, marketing, product development, and technical support capabilities. Under Michael’s leadership, StatLab’s equity value increased over 10x and the Company established itself as the premier anatomic pathology supplier in the United States. Prior to acquiring StatLab Medical Products, Michael was CEO of a parking lot facility management company where he grew facility revenues under management from $3 million to $20 million and headcount from 25 to 125 in less than five years. Michael also sits on the Boards of StatLab Medical Products, MedCerts, LLC., and Delasco Dermatological Supply Company. Michael graduated from the University of Notre Dame.
Jim Postweiler
Jim is co-head of a capital markets group in Chicago for a global real estate firm, where he focuses on dispositions and recapitalization of office, industrial, retail and multi-family real estate assets located in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. Jim has sold properties with total value in excess of $8 billion during the course of his career. Jim earned a Masters of Real Estate and Urban Affairs from Georgia State University and a B.B.A. in finance from University of Wisconsin Madison. He is also active in the National Associates of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
