Position Overview:

Crestlight Capital is seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious self-starter to fill a Summer Analyst position for Summer 2024. The Summer Analyst will work with an institutionally trained team in an entrepreneurial environment to gain first-hand experience in both acquisitions and asset management.  The Summer Analyst will have direct exposure to executive leadership and top-level clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Performing financial analysis and cash-flow modeling for new and existing investments

·         Gathering and analyzing market information to support underwriting

·         Preparing investment summaries for executive leadership and investors

·         Helping oversee asset management responsibilities including leasing, property management, and investor reporting

·         Attend and document investor, asset management & sourcing calls

Qualifications:

·         Passion for commercial real estate and real estate capital markets

·         Excellent financial analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·         Conscientious and attentive to detail

·         Strong management, organizational and interpersonal skills

·         Excellent analytical, oral and written communications skills

·         Ability to develop conceptual ideas into effective communications, both oral and written

·         Comfort with giving professional presentations and interacting with senior-level executives

·         Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
